Apply for a resident access permit
If you have not used this service before, you'll need to set up your online parking permit account.
Who can apply
Residents will only be exempt if they meet the exemption criteria.
You can apply for an access permit if:
- you’re a blue badge holder
- you or a child you're travelling with has a chronic health condition that means sitting in a car on a longer journey causes additional distress
If you are a resident but are applying for an access permit due to the work you do, you must apply for a business access permit. For example, if you're a professional carer, have an organisation Blue Badge or because your business is to transport disabled people.
How to apply
If you’re applying under this criteria, you will need to:
- create or log into your resident parking permit account
