About Young Greenwich
Young Greenwich is our youth support service.
It offers young people aged 8 to 19 (or up to 25 for those with disabilities) the opportunity to:
- attend youth hubs
- take part in free or affordable activities
- get support and advice
- enjoy a fun, safe and welcoming environment

Our youth hubs
There are 4 youth hubs across the borough:
- Avery Hill in Eltham
- Hawksmoor in Thamesmead
- Valley Central in Charlton
- Woolwich Common in Woolwich
Most of the activities take place at the youth hubs but some sessions take place in schools and clinics.
What's on offer
There are more than 70 activities on offer every week, Monday to Saturday.
There are activities, events and workshops that cater for young people of different ages with a variety of interests, abilities and tastes.
These include:
- sport and dance
- arts and crafts
- music
- mentoring and careers
- health
- staying safe
- equality and diversity
