Corelli Road

At Corelli Road we have built:

• Three three-storey, three-bedroom houses with rear gardens and small front gardens
• Two parking spaces
• A front forecourt with landscaping
• Cycle access from the rear of the houses to the footpaths

The houses are three storeys in height, which is between the existing four-storey block to the north and the two-storey houses to the south.

These homes have been built to net zero carbon standards.

Neighbouring residents were invited to share their views on our plans for this site via our online consultation, from 17 December 2022 to 2 January 2023. 

Our proposals have now been granted planning approval, the application can be viewed on our Planning Portal.
