*These houses have attic rooms, with front-facing dormer windows extending out from the roof.

Our proposed homes would line up with the existing row of houses, removing the risk of overlooking and loss of daylight to the adjacent properties.

The bin collection is from a holding point located to the front of the forecourt.

These homes would be built to zero carbon standards, with a contemporary design.
