What we're thinking about building on this site

At Willrose Crescent we would like to build:

• Three two-storey, three-bedroom houses with rear gardens 
• Three parking spaces (in line with this site's low Public Transport Accessibility rating)

The end walls would not have windows to avoid overlooking neighbouring properties.

Habitable room windows would face east and west to avoid looking towards neighbouring houses and gardens

Current status

This site has been given planning approval. The site is being prepared for construction.

How can residents have their say on our plans?

Neighbouring residents were invited to share their views on our proposals for this site via our online consultation in November 2022.
