Gollogly Terrace
-
- What we're thinking about building on this site
-
At Gollogly Terrace we are building:
- Two, two-bedroom semi-detached chalet bungalows (these are homes which have a bedroom in the roof space)
- Private rear gardens
- Cycle storage sheds
For privacy the loft rooms would look north-west to south-east and so would not overlook the gardens and houses opposite.
The ground floor windows would look across the garden, and this would be screened from overlooking neighbours by a fence.
We haven’t included parking in our designs, as this area is rated as having a high Public Transport Access Level (PTAL-5) which means a car-free development is appropriate in this case.
There would be access for emergency and refuse vehicles and room for vehicles to turn.
Our homes would be net zero carbon and of a modern design.
