Working in partnership with Inspired Futures Limited, Integrity1st offers high quality affordable training in an engaging and accessible manner for all.

Courses can be delivered online or face to face. All course content can be tailored to match the specific needs of an organisation and include a stronger emphasis on specific topics such as, improving diversity within the curriculum, engaging with parents and the wider school community, or dealing with gender bias.

Course examples include:

Understanding Inclusive Leadership
A small group training session for groups of up to 20 delegates. These sessions typically last half a day and are usually targeted at leaders with a strategic role in creating a more inclusive organisation.

Understanding Diversity and Inclusion
For groups of up to 100, these sessions typically last 2 hours and are suitable for engaging a whole organisation with a commitment to building a more inclusive workplace.

Integrity 1st can also offer one to one coaching for EDI leaders.
