What we're thinking about building on this site

The approved development for this site will provide a total of 17 new council homes, consisting of:

• Two one-bedroom flats
• Two one-bedroom wheelchair-accessible bungalows
• Eight two-bedroom houses
• Five three-bedroom houses
• 17 parking spaces

Current status

This site is under construction. The building frames using cutting-edge Structured Insulated Panels is complete on two of the three blocks, with the final block due to be completed soon.
