On Saturday 24 May – meet at the entrance of Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Centre in the afternoon – (exact times tbc)

A Short Walk exploring migration and other listening in the city with Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park. A workshop that takes a leisurely walk to visit other nearby green diverse ecological spaces – to share other fun and informative ways to see the city and its different inhabitants.

Working with the Friends of Ecology Park and other walking groups, this exploratory workshop explores the relationship between soundscape, environment and the way people interact with open space. It celebrates migration and the introduction of plants, people and customs from the Caribbean, from Africa  – all parts of the rich diversity supported in the Boroughs networks – as a place of Sanctuary and of inter-migration. This walk  made in partnership with Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Centre.

Part of BH365 celebrations 2024-2025 – Generously Supported by Royal Borough of Greenwich.
