About the Workshop:
The body never forgets - a physical exploration or togetherness, memory, thinking and hoping.
A one-off uplifting workshop of movement, dance, memory and manifestos. Join award winning choreographer and performer Carl Harrison for an intergenerational exploration of togetherness, music and memory as we meet each other to ask each what really matters - a manifesto for living with hope while dancing to our favourite tunes.
This session is open to all ages (18+) and movement abilities, and welcomes in particular participants aged 50 and over. No prior dance experience is needed - just a willingness to move, reflect, and connect.
The workshop will take place at Punchdrunk's Woolwich site -The Carriageworks, 5 Carriage Street, Royal Arsenal, London SE18 6DJ.
