Produce a song from start to finish, all in one day!

Want to learn what it’s like to produce a song from start to finish inside a professional recording studio? Experience this for yourself in Woolwich Works’ brand new music studio CLIMAX. Our ‘Song-In-A-Day’ experience will take you through the entire recording process as both producer and performer.

Led by producers Nico Oliván and Owen Kennedy, you’ll be thrown into each of the stages of recording and mixing in our world-class facilities. Both producers bring a wealth of experience, having worked on many tracks, especially with artists playing on the UK circuit today.

You’ll start the day by playing in our live room, where we’ll look at songs brought in from the group, or start working on something totally new! Once we’re happy, you’ll observe all the different stages of recording a song, from microphone selection, live room set-up, tracking and recording management.

The late afternoon will be spent mixing down the track with Nico in our Control Room. We’ll then end the day with a review and reflection on the day to wrap up the session.
