In September 2020, we changed the way we charge for care at home and care in the community.
This was to bring us in line with many other London Boroughs and help us continue to meet people’s needs.

Paying for residential and nursing care
If you move into a residential or nursing care home, you are expected to contribute to the cost of your care.

We will charge for most care and support services to support you at home or to make use of your community. We need to do this to help fund support for everyone who needs it.
