Some support may be free from the NHS, charities and local organisations. 

This may include:  

• information, advice and advocacy. This is when someone helps you say what you need and want 
• support groups 
• some physical and leisure activities run from community centres and charities 
• services for unpaid carers such as family or friends 
• some home equipment or adaptations if they cost less than £1,000
