Improving our homes
We're investing £430 million to upgrade our council homes through our Capital repairs programme. This 5 year programme, which runs until 2029, aims to enhance the quality of selected council homes across the borough through essential upgrades and home improvements.
The Capital repairs programme supports Missions 6 of the Our Greenwich Plan. This plan hopes to provide people in Royal Greenwich access to a safe and secure home that meets their needs.
