Housing services during Christmas 2024

These housing services will be open as usual, from 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays and weekends:

  • Housing Inclusion: will provide an emergency service for people who are homeless on the day and need urgent advice and assistance.
  • Temporary Accommodation will offer emergency support for urgent queries, or emergency repair issues.

For out of hours individual housing emergencies call 020 8854 8888 (24-hour line).

We can help to make your home safe or find somewhere safe to stay for you and your children, if you have any.

We can help you if you have nowhere safe to go tonight, or if you're thinking about leaving.

You can approach any council in any area where you feel safe.
