Housing performance and improvement panel

Our Housing Performance and Improvement Panel aims to:

  • develop a more inclusive approach to tenant and leaseholder engagement
  • develop a close relationship between residents and the council
  • work together to check and improve services
  • enable residents to examine our housing services and engagement practices

We also look at how well we're meeting the Tenant Satisfaction Measures and Consumer Standards. These are regulatory standards that apply to social housing landlords.
