We will not tolerate our properties being occupied by anyone other than the rightful tenant.
We'll investigate and take action where there is reason to believe someone is fraudulently occupying a council property or subletting it.
What to report
Tell us if you:
- suspect a council property has been sub-let
- have information that suggests someone has got a tenancy that they're not entitled to
- feel that your neighbours change more frequently than would be considered reasonable
- know of anyone that has moved in with a partner and let their home to someone else
- know someone's relocated for work and started letting out their home
- know that someone gained a tenancy by giving false information
How to report
You can report your concerns by:
- using our online form

You do not have to give us your name. We keep all information confidential.
