Request a repair to your council home

If you caused the problem or damage, we may charge you to repair it, for example, if you lose your key or break a window. These are called rechargeable repairs.
Charges are based on a fixed price list. This means everyone pays the same for the same problem.
In most cases, you must pay for the repair before we arrange it, unless we agree that you can pay afterwards.
If everyone in your home is aged under 16 or over 65, you can choose to pay before we start or pay when we've finished.
If we agree that you have a good reason to not pay straight away, we'll do the work and send you a bill when we've finished.
