Eltham Crematorium and Cemetery Grounds are open:

• 1 October to 31 March – 9am to 4pm
• 1 April to 30 September – 9am to 7pm
• All bank holidays – 9am to 4pm

The Book of Remembrance Chapel, The Flower Pavilion and The Plaque Courts

These buildings are open daily and will close 15 minutes before the cemetery and crematorium grounds:

• 1 October to 31 March – 9am to 3:45pm
• 1 April to 30 September – 9am to 6:45pm
• All bank holidays – 9am to 3:45pm

Only assistance dogs are allowed in our chapels and grounds.

Office opening hours

Families are welcome to collect their ashes from 9:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday without an appointment.

Appointments are available for families to place cremated remains in the Garden of Remembrance by contacting the office on 020 8921 6700, between the hours from 9am to 3:30pm Mondays to Fridays.
