Freedom of information and environmental information regulation compliance
The information below sets out how the Royal Borough of Greenwich has performed in relation to requests made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI) and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).
In line with the Freedom of Information Code of Practice and best practice, we have provided information in relation to both:
- how many requests we received and responded to on time
- how many requests we applied exemptions or exceptions to and therefore did not release information in response to the request
