Before your collection

Put your bins or bin bags out by 6am on collection day. 

If you have bin bags instead of wheelie bins, put them out on collection day. Do not put them out the night before to avoid animals ripping them open. 

Assisted bin collection

You can request an assisted collection if you need help taking out your bin due to a disability or being of an older age.
