Results from Tenant Perception Surveys

Find out how we're using Tenant Satisfaction Measures to assess our housing performance

We gathered the following data from the 1,356 tenant perception surveys carried out by Acuity Research and Practice. 

By 1 April 2024, we own 20,780 Low Cost Rental Accommodation. We do not have any Low Cost Home Ownership.

Our TSM performance summary

Proportion of respondents who report they are satisfied: 

  • with the service provided by their landlord (TP01): 63.5%
  • with the overall repairs service from their landlord (TP02): 71.1%
  • with time taken to complete their most recent repair after reporting (TP03): 62.6%
  • that their landlord provides a well maintained home (TP04): 64.9%
  • that their landlord provides a home that is safe: (TP05) 70.6%
  • that their landlord listens to their views and acts on them (TP06): 52.6%
  • their landlord keeps them informed about things that matter to them (TP07): 71.2%
  • that their landlord treats them fairly and with respect (TP08): 71.1%
  • with their landlord's approach to complaints (TP09): 28.7%
  • that their landlord keeps communal areas clean and well maintained (TP10): 65.5%
  • that their landlord makes a positive contribution to their neighbourhood (TP11): 68.8%
  • with their landlord's approach to anti-social behaviour (TP12): 60.4%
