External improvements
External home improvements are repairs or refurbishments done to the outside of a council home or block. This will include but is not limited to:

new windows and doors

installing new roofs

repairing concrete and timber walkways

building new gutters and communal outdoor spaces

lift replacements

cavity and external wall insulation

external decoration work: painting, brickwork repair etc.

communal heating system improvements

CCTV upgrades

In the 2023 to 2024 financial year, we:

installed 2 air source heat pumps

installed 6 communal heating systems

installed 43 photovoltaic (solar) panels

replaced 322 windows

replaced 682 individual front doors

replaced 23 individual back doors
In the 2022 to 2023 financial year we:
