Tell us if your circumstances change

You must tell us straight away if your circumstances change. For example, if you get a new phone number or address, or somebody leaves or joins your housing application.

Email: housing-allocations@royalgreenwich.gov.uk or call: 020 8921 2941

If you do not tell us about changes we can suspend you from the housing register.

When we might deprioritise, suspend or remove you from the housing register

We might do this if:

  • you are in rent arrears at the time we offer you a property
  • you are, or someone in your household is, convicted of or is under a court order for criminal or antisocial behaviour
  • we invite you to view a property and you do not attend
  • you move out of the property you listed as your address when you applied to join the register, and do not tell us about it soon enough

If we deprioritise you, it means we remove you from a priority band. You’ll stay in Band C if you’re still eligible for the housing register.
