What we do with empty properties
We'll make contact with the owners and offer them support to bring their properties back into use.
Where properties have been neglected over a long period of time we'll consider taking action to bring about their improvement and get them back into use.
Grants and loans for empty properties
If you own a property in Royal Greenwich that is unoccupied, you could get help with repairs and improvements.
