Greenwich Safer Neighbourhoods policing teams
Safer Neighbourhoods teams are additional to other policing teams and units in London. They work with you to identify and tackle issues of concern in your neighbourhood. There are 17 Safer Neighbourhoods policing teams looking after different sections of the Royal Borough. This means that every area of Royal Greenwich has an allocated team.

Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
If you are concerned about a child’s safety or wellbeing or want help with your own child, please contact the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) referral team on 020 8921 3172 or mash-referrals@royalgreenwich.gov.uk.
Safehaven Superhubs
Safehaven Superhubs offer refuge for anyone who needs help – either in an emergency, if they feel harassed or unsafe, or need medical help while waiting for an ambulance or the police to arrive. Safehaven Superhubs are located at Yorkshire Grey McDonald’s in Middle Park, Powis Street McDonald’s in Woolwich, and Eltham High Street McDonald’s. Find out more about Safehaven Superhubs.
Fearless
Fearless is the youth service part of Crimestoppers. It aims to raise awareness of the dangers surrounding street crime, drugs and violence. They provide information, advice and support for young people. If you would like to report something or would like more information, visit the Crimestoppers website.
Victim Support
Victim Support is an independent charity that helps and supports anyone if they have been affected by a crime. They can also help you without the involvement of the criminal justice system. You can find lots of information, help and support including from real life stories, your rights, how to keep safe to how to cope with crime on the Victim Support website.
Safer Spaces team
Royal Borough of Greenwich has launched a new enforcement team to crackdown on crime across council estates in the borough. The Safer Estates team will consist of a supervisor and six new officers actively patrolling housing estates. They will be tackling everything from anti-social behaviour and environmental offences to serious youth crime, with two additional officers recruited to focus solely on violence against women and girls.

Family and Adolescent Support Service (FaASS)
The Family and Adolescent Support Service is for children, young people and their families who need extra help with emotional, educational or social needs. FaASS supports children who may need additional help on top of universal early help programmes.
