Children's Services business plan
The business plan describes the Children's Services directorate structure, culture, key functions and responsibilities.
It sets out our strategy, focus areas and the way we do things to continuously achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
The plan also sets out how we'll provide effective, efficient and safe services informed by the views and experiences of children, families, council staff and our partners.
It sits alongside, and is informed by the children and young people's plan and other partnership plans as well as internal division plans and development and transformation projects.
