The third Local Implementation Plan for Transport (LIP3) sets out how we propose to implement the Mayor of London's transport strategy within the Royal Borough.

It also sets out our ambitious plans for making the borough greener, healthier and more connected - with a particular focus on how walking, cycling and public transport can be improved.
