You can use a car park permit to park in a council-run car park, except the Abery Street car park.
Car park permits are virtual permits and are valid for 12 months from the chosen start date.
You can only use a car park permit in the car park it was issued for.

How much it costs
The cost of a car park permit depends on which car park you want to park in.

You can only buy a car park permit if there are enough spaces in the car park you want to use. When you apply, you’ll either be issued with a permit or be put on a waiting list for when a space becomes available.
Who can apply
Anyone can apply for a car park permit for council-run car parks in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
You can apply for one car park permit with up to 2 vehicles registered to it, but it can only be used on one vehicle at a time.
You must make sure your permit is assigned to the correct vehicle in your online account or you could get a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).

You’ll need your vehicle registration number and a debit or credit card to pay.
What happens next
If a car park space is available, your virtual permit will be issued and ready to use as soon as you've applied and paid.
If you're put on a waiting list, you'll get an email when a space becomes available. Your virtual permit will then be issued and ready to use when you've paid the fee.

Get a refund
You can get a refund if you no longer need your car park permit.
The refund amount will be a proportion of the annual cost for any full months left on the permit, minus a £20 admin fee.
