Change your existing club premises certificate

In order to apply for a variation to your existing club premises certificate, you need to:

  1. Read the guidance documents
  2. Submit your application
  3. Advertise your application.

Submitting your application

You can apply online or by post.

Apply online

You will need to prepare a plan of the premises to upload, as well as parts A and B of your original club premises certificate.

Use the online form most relevant to your application.

Apply online to change your existing club premises certificate (Gov.UK)

Apply by post

Complete the relevant licensing application forms, which can be found on the Gov.UK website.

You can also contact the Licensing team to request the forms and we will post a set to you.

Return the completed form to the Licensing team. Remember to include:

  • a plan of the premises
  • the original club premises certificate (parts A and B)
  • a cheque for the application fee, payable to the Royal Borough of Greenwich, with your application

You will also need to post a copy of your application forms to all the responsible authorities.

Advertising your application

Additionally, we will write to all residents living within 100 metres of your premises to advise them of your application.
