Holiday Food and Fun is back for Christmas
Eligible children can get a free holiday club place this winter as Holiday Food and Fun returns for Christmas.
Our popular holiday programme is back offering festive fun for young people at no cost to parents or carers.
Holiday clubs all over the borough will be offering free spaces to children who are eligible for benefits related free school meals.
Cllr Matt Morrow, Cabinet Member for Children and Young People, said: “There’s no need to worry about what to do with the kids this Christmas as Holiday Food and Fun is here to help!
"Whether it's a kickaround at a sports club or painting at an arts and crafts session, there will be something on offer for every young person. Look at our website for a list of participating clubs and contact them directly to book a place before it’s too late.”
Holiday Food and Fun is open to children and young people aged 4 – 16 who are eligible for benefits related free school meals.
Thanks to the Mayor of London every primary school child has access to free school meals this year, so parents should check whether their child eligible before applying.
