Following the Overview and Scrutiny Call-in Sub-Committee on 31 July. The next steps on the proposed neighbourhood management scheme has been referred back to the Cabinet Member for Climate Action, Sustainability and Transport to carefully review points raised at Overview and Scrutiny Call-In.
