If your visitors need to park on your estate, you'll need visitor vouchers.
They're valid for 12 months from the date you buy them. They cost £7 for a block or book of 20.
One voucher lasts for 6 hours after you activate it. You can use 2 vouchers at the same time to cover a full day. Cover for a full day ends at 8am the next day Monday to Friday and 9am on Saturday and Sunday.
You can buy:
- virtual vouchers online through your resident parking permits account
- paper vouchers from one of our service centres in Woolwich or Eltham
You can buy blocks of virtual vouchers online at any time, including when your visitor arrives.

If your visitor parks in your estate without a valid visitor voucher, they may get a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
What you need to apply
If you have not used this service before, you'll need to set up your online permit account.
You might need to upload some documents about where you live if you have not done this within the last 3 months.
You'll need one document that shows your name and address. This must be dated within the last 3 months, such as:
- a utility or Council Tax bill
- proof of any benefits or pensions you get
- a bank or building society statement
- a tenancy agreement or solicitors' letter with completion date if you're a new resident
You cannot use a driving licence as proof of address.
You'll also need a credit or debit card for payment.
What happens next
When you've applied and paid the fee, your virtual vouchers will be issued and ready to use straight away. You'll get an email to confirm this.

Virtual visitor vouchers
- Sign in to your online resident parking permits account.
- Select the parking symbol to book a parking session.
- Enter your visitor's vehicle registration number and the date they need to park.
Paper visitor vouchers
Scratch off the appropriate section. Place it in the visiting vehicle so it's clearly visible.
