We can paint a white line across your dropped kerb to encourage people not to park there.
It costs £79 for a new line. If you applied for your dropped kerb more than 12 months ago, you'll also need to pay a £125 inspection fee.
There's no charge to repaint an existing line if we agree that it's worn or faded.
How to apply
You'll need to email or call us to apply, and tell us:
- your name and address
- how long you've had your dropped kerb
Email: Transportation-Admin@royalgreenwich.gov.uk
Call: 0208 921 6600
If you live on a council housing estate
You'll need to contact the Housing team instead.
Email: occupied-repairs@royalgreenwich.gov.uk
If you live on a red route
You'll need to contact Transport for London (TfL) street management.
What happens next
We'll visit the site to check if we can paint a white line there. We must consider any impact the road marking might have on things like nearby road junctions.
We'll let you know if we approve your application and ask you for payment.
It can take up to 16 weeks to complete the work after you've paid.
