Apply for a car park permit

You can apply and pay for a car park permit online.

If you have not used this service before, you'll need to set up your online parking permit account.

You'll need your vehicle registration number and a debit or credit card to pay.

If you cannot apply online, call Customer Services on 020 8921 4339.

What happens next

If a car park space is available, your virtual permit will be issued and ready to use as soon as you've applied and paid.

If you're put on a waiting list, you'll get an email when a space becomes available. Your virtual permit will then be issued and ready to use when you've paid the fee.
