Apply for an exemption permit for a neighbourhood management scheme

Some residents and organisations can pass through areas in the borough which have a neighbourhood management scheme without getting a penalty charge notice (PCN).  

These permits are free. They're valid for 18 months or the duration of the scheme.

You will need to apply for an exemption permit to be exempt.

You can only have 1 vehicle registration on the permit. If you change vehicle, you can only change this on the permit once.
