Overview
Some residents and organisations can pass through areas in the borough that have a neighbourhood management scheme without getting a penalty charge notice (PCN).
These permits are free. They're valid for 18 months, or the duration of the scheme.
You'll need to apply for an access permit to be exempt.
You can only have 1 vehicle registration on the permit. If you need to, you can change your vehicle details in your online account.
