Apply for or renew a resident parking permit

Your permit price is usually based on:  

• your vehicle's carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions
• if your vehicle uses diesel
• if your household has more than one resident parking permit

If you've got a Blue Badge, a resident permit is free.

If you have another vehicle, you can apply for an additional resident permit. There's a £100 charge for each additional permit in your household. This is added to the emissions based price for the permit.

Non emissions based CPZs

Permit prices in some CPZs are not currently emissions based.

If you have a resident permit in a non emissions based CPZ and you need to bring a business vehicle home, you must apply for a resident business permit.
