Apply for or renew a doctor parking space permit

If you have not used this service before, you'll need to set up your online permit account.

What you need to apply

You'll need one document, dated within the last 3 months, that shows your surgery name and address. For example, this could be a:

• utility bill
• HMRC letter
• business tax bill

If you cannot apply online, call Customer Services on 020 8921 4339.

What happens next

We'll check your application and send your new permit to your surgery address by post. If there's a problem with your application, we'll contact you.
