You can ask us to remove a disabled parking space, for example, if:

  • you no longer need it
  • the person who applied for it has died

How to apply

You'll need to send us an email or letter, including:

  • your name and address
  • the reason why you'd like it removed
  • proof of your address

What happens next

We may not be able to remove a disabled bay if it's needed by other disabled residents living nearby.

We'll run a consultation to see if the space is still needed. It can take up to 9 months for us to remove it.

We'll tell you if we approve or reject your application to remove the space.
