Replace a disabled persons Freedom Pass

If your Freedom Pass is lost, stolen or damaged you'll need to contact London Councils.

It currently costs £14 for a replacement pass. 

From 1 April 2025, this will increase to £14.35 as agreed by the Transport and Environment Committee in December 2024.
