You can order bins, bags, kitchen caddies or sacks for your rubbish. You can also order a replacement for your rubbish bin if it is lost, stolen or damaged.

There is a delivery cost of £1.90 for all items except for kitchen caddies which are free to deliver.
Ordering recycling bags if you do not have space for bins
You can order:
- 25 paper bags for free if you do not have a green top bin
- 2 rolls of clear recycling bags if you do not have space for bins
Corn starch bags last 3 to 6 months before they start to wear out. Try to use your bags within this time.
How to order bins or bags
To order a recycling bag:
- send your full address and postcode to contact.centre@royalgreenwich.gov.uk
- call 020 8921 4661
What happens next
Once your order is placed, we'll check your address to see if you cannot have bins due to space limitations.
If you can only use bags, we'll approve your order and send it as soon as possible. If you're not eligible, your order will not be approved.
