Use this form if you are a council tenant or leaseholder and you need to request a non-urgent repair for your home or communal area. We will respond to you within 5 working days.

Do not use this form if your problem is urgent. If you are unsure whether your problem is urgent, or you are unsure what kinds of repairs the council is responsible for helping you with, please check the repairs page.

What to do if you have an urgent problem

For urgent problems during the day, call us on 020 8921 8900.

Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5.30pm
Friday: 9am to 4.30pm

For urgent problems at all other times, call us on 020 8854 8888.
