We take the security of your information extremely seriously.

To protect the security of personal data held within the housing self-service system, it automatically times out after 10 minutes of inactivity.

Password and username reminders

If you forget your password, you can reset it by selecting the 'I have forgotten my password' link on the log in screen.

Your password will be reset automatically, and you'll get a letter containing the new details. The letter will be sent to your registered correspondence address.

If you do not get this reminder within 10 working days, you should contact us. We'll then contact you using the details we have on record for you. We'll ask you some security questions to confirm your identity. This is to make sure we only pass information to the right person.

Accessing your account from a shared computer

If you use a shared computer to view your account, you should log off and close the web browser when you're finished, before leaving the computer. This will protect your personal details from being seen by another user.

To log off, select the 'Log Off' button in the top right of the screen, then close the current web session. You should also delete your browsing history.
