You can securely access your rent balances and payments using our housing self-service system.

Go to housing self-service

Select the 'View your rent account or register' link under the 'Rent account details' section.

Login using your Username, password and the answer to your memorable question.

Register for the first time

If you're using the system for the first time, select 'I do not have an account yet (register)'.

Enter the details it asks for, including your:

  • surname
  • date of birth
  • payment reference number - this is on your payment card or paper rent statements
  • email address
  • contact number

You should enter a valid email address and contact number so that we can contact you if we need to.

User details and password

If you've entered your information correctly, registration will be automatic. You'll get separate letters containing your user details and password within 5 working days.

Once you've registered, you'll need to set up some additional security controls when you log in for the first time. You'll need to choose a memorable password and question and answer.

Choose a memorable password

Enter your current password and choose a new one that you'll remember. It must be:

  • at least 6 characters long
  • contain at least one number
  • contain at least one uppercase character, for example Gr3enwich

Choose a memorable question and answer

This provides an extra level of security and means you can reset your own password if you forget it.

When you've logged in, you'll be able to view your online rent statements, including payments.
