If you let your property with us, we offer a free lettings and support service with no fees, commission or charges. We can also offer you a range of incentives.

We find tenants to rent your property while you manage the letting yourself or through an agent.

We work with people who need help to find a home in the private sector.

This scheme applies to houses in multiple occupation (HMO) and self-contained flats and houses.

The rent you charge must be at or within the Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rate. At the beginning of the tenancy, we can advise you about how to set up direct payments. This means that tenants who receive LHA pay this directly to you.
