Unit costs and Schedule of Rates

In some circumstances as part of the consultation process, the council is required by law to give leaseholders information about estimated financial contributions that they may need to make towards building works, services or both.

This is not always possible due to the type of contract, so daily or hourly rates, known as unit costs, can be given. If the contract is a large document it will be available for inspection on this page.

The unit costs and schedule of rates are subject to annual increases to allow for inflation.
