Registration and log-in

The Royal Borough of Greenwich's housing self-service systems allows you to securely access details of rent balances and payments.

Logging in or registering

Once on the website, select the 'View my rent account details' link under the 'contact details' section.

Enter the details requested including your surname, date of birth and payment reference (which is quoted on your payment card or paper rent statements).

Make sure you enter a valid email address and contact number so that the Royal Borough of Greenwich can contact you in case of any query.

User details and password

If you have entered the information correctly, registration will be automatic and letters containing user details and your password will be sent separately within five working days from date of registration.

Once you have registered, you will need to set up some additional security controls when you log in for the first time, including: 

  • Re-entering the current password and choosing a new one to something more memorable, if you need to. This needs to be at least six characters and contain at least one number and one uppercase character, for example Gr3enwich
  • Choosing a memorable question and answer. This helps provide an additional level of security so that you can reset your own password if you have forgotten it

Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to view your online rent statements, including payments.

Pay your housing charges by direct debit

It is cheap and easy to pay your housing charges by direct debit, with just one set-up. You stay in control and you will be covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
