Dropped kerb costs

Residential Domestic Crossovers fees from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025

Residential domestic crossover in a controlled parking zone (CPZ) and amendment required to the existing traffic order £3,536 (to cover the cost of the consultation and order-making process, and amendments to signing and lining)

There are additional charges to cover the costs if an extension of an existing dropped kerb requires the removal of:

  • street furniture
  • trees
  • public utility apparatus

Quotations are valid for 3 months. 

After 3 months, if we have not received full payment, you'll need to pay a £50 administration fee.

You will not need to pay another inspection fee if it's within 12 months of permission being granted, or if it's not in a new financial year (beginning 1 April).

These charges are subject to annual review.
