Pay for your dropped kerb
You can pay for your dropped kerb:
- online
- by telephone
- in person
- by post
Online
You can pay using our online form.
By telephone
Call 0208 921 6600 to pay for your dropped kerb by telephone.
You'll need your debit or credit card.
In person
You can pay in person at the Woolwich Centre or the Eltham Centre. Take your quote with you.
You can pay by:
- cash
- card
- cheque
You'll need to use the reference, 'Fund 2 (17132)'.
After you've paid in person, you must contact the Transportation Admin team with your receipt number.

Never send cash in the post, only use a cheque.
You need to:
- make your cheque payable to: 'Royal Borough of Greenwich'
- write your customer reference number (CRN) on the back - you'll find this on your quote
- write your address on the back
