Housing services during Christmas 2024

These housing services will be open as usual, from 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays and weekends:

  • Housing Inclusion: will provide an emergency service for people who are homeless on the day and need urgent advice and assistance.  
  • Temporary Accommodation will offer emergency support for urgent queries, or emergency repair issues.

For out of hours individual housing emergencies call 020 8854 8888 (24-hour line). 

Overview

We'll give you advice to help you find a short-term place to stay. In exceptional circumstances we may also be able to offer you a short-term place to stay.

Once you have a short-term place, we can give you advice to help you find a new long-term home.

There's different help if you're homeless because of domestic abuse. Get help leaving an abusive household.
